Joseph F. Andolino (“Joe”), originally from East Hanover, NJ, is a Pirate through and through. Joe graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School in 1971, Seton Hall University, cum laude in 1975 with a bachelor’s in History and then from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude in 1978. He then went on to graduate from the New York University School of Law with an LLM in taxation in 1981.

As a 30 year veteran of tax law, Joe’s career as a corporate executive included stints as Vice President/Tax of Coltec Industries, Vice President of Business Development at Goodrich Corporation and Senior Vice President/Tax at Halliburton. Joe is now the CEO of Andolino & Associates, formed in 2013. Andolino & Associates, is a consulting firm specializing in finance, legal and tax engagements. Joe’s fondest Seton Hall memories include meeting the mother of his children, Michelina Pedalino ’75, with whom he has two grown children, and his best friend George Pompetzki ’75. Even after 40 years, Joe still has strong relationships with many of his fellow Pirates. As he recalls his times as a student, he fondly remembers classes in Japanese History taught by Professor Morton and Anglo American Legal Principles taught by Father Driscoll.

To honor his time at Seton Hall and to support future generations of academically gifted students, in December 2014, Joe established the Joseph F. Andolino Endowed Scholarship Fund at Seton Hall University, which will award scholarships to current and future Seton Hall University undergraduate students. Believing that education is a transformative experience, Joe says, “if I can help a deserving student, who lacks funds, but has the drive to transform his or her life, nothing better can be accomplished with my money.”
